Mike Mink has been playing piano for twenty-five years and just recently finished
a nine year stint at the American Music Theatre. Mike has played locally with bands like Jack Shift and The Sleeping World. Mike’s
influences are many, but the most notable ones are Herbie Hancock and Bill Evans.

GUITAR AND VOCALS |
Wayne Thompson began his fulltime career in music at age
22. He has played with local and regional acts such as The Unemployed, Plan B,Thompson & Fling, Dee Evans,Thompson &
Company, Saucey, Steve H Project, Groovebusters and his last project was a new incarnation of Plan B with Mark Showers
(formerly with The Sharks, Master Jam) and Tom Web (Dave Holt). He has nearly 3000
paying jobs to his credit all over Pa, Maryland and New Jersey and a 7 year fulltime run of 4-5 live performances a week. He
currently teaches guitar at The Guitar Shop in Lancaster.
Russ is one the newest members of the band. He is slated to replace Ynnon Tal’s role as
Ynnon will be leaving in August of 2016 to study in Germany. Russ is a music enthusiast who has been playing bass since his
days at Penn State University. He cites Led Zeppelin as a big musical influence having seen the band on their last US tour.
Russ is a regular at local open mic nights. He is looking forward to 2016 live dates with The Sonic Tonic and their upcoming
recording project.
Growing up
in Europe, Israel and the USA, Ynnon has been playing bass guitar and other instruments since his youth. He started by playing
rock and folk in an original band. While living in Portugal he played with many musicians from around the world. This gave
him exposure to many genres of music including jazz, funk, reggae, bossa nova, samba, to name a few. Ynnon has been playing
with The Sonic Tonic since Aug. 2012.
Jeff has been a freelance drummer for the
past 13 years in the Lancaster PA area. He has worked with most of the local jazz artists; Tom Pontz, Ben Mauger, Troy
Issak, Don Grabowski, Chuck Oettel, Bruce Campbell, + many others. He also played blues with Chaz Depaolo
and worked with Plan B and Inca Campers. Prior to that he lived in the south for 9 years. In college, Millersville
University he played with the jazz ensemble for 3 years.
Jeff has been playing since 2nd grade. Professionally for 30+ years. Jeff has played all styles
of music from drum corps to dixie to swing and most often as a musical theater drummer with places like EPAC, The Fulton theater,
Gretna Playhouse and was the original drummer at American Music Theater. He also runs a music company called IKQ Percussion,
which specializes in percussion and handbell music, as well and band and instrumental music. Jeff is currently playing
with the Lancaster band Sweet Ember as well as occasional drummer with Lerman Richards.
Sara was involved with everything music at a young age: several years of
Bluegrass Camp, performed with a local bluegrass band: "Raisin' Kain"; school musicals, choirs, and orchestras.
She went on to study Musical Theatre at Coastal Carolina University, in South Carolina. Vocal instructor Dr. David Bankston,
shaped her voice into what it is today! Outside of college perfomances (musicals, choir shows..) She performed in
a Myrtle Beach entertainment show called "High Steppin' Country" and sang in a rock band called "Higher
Education". She also sang at Carnegie Hall, as part of a 250-part choir selected from colleges around
the country. Sara is excited to now be involved in the music scene of her hometown area.

BASS AND VOCALS |
Mike
is an upright and electric bass performer and private instructor from Lancaster. He feels very fortunate to have had opportunities
to play locally in just about any style and venue imaginable and all over the world on various cruise ships, theater tours,
and bands. Mike
enjoys being part of The Sonic Tonic not only because of being around such professional musicians playing fun music but also
because this group of people gets along so well as friends. Living the dream!
Tom’s has been steadily involved playing music in Lancaster for over 20 years. Tom attended
The University of The Arts and studied under Jim Paxson and locally with the late Clyde Lucas whom he cites as a major influence.
The Dave Holt Band, DC and Co., Amy Ash and The Volcanoes and Plan B are bands he’s played in recently and is looking
forward to his time in The Sonic Tonic.
